The present revision petition pertains to the year 2018. Notice of motion was issued on 13.07.2023. On 04.12.2024 the following order was passed :

" As per the office report, notices could not be issued to the respondents as process fee was not filed along with copies of grounds of revision petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks one opportunity to do the needful.

Let the process fee along with copies of grounds of revision petition be filed within three weeks from today and on doing so, fresh notice be issued to the respondents, returnable 11.07.2025.

Last opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to do the needful, failing which consequences shall follow."

As per the office report there has been no compliance of the order dated 04.12.2024 till date. Today the case has been called twice since Yogesh Sharma 2025.07.14 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.
