**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of complaint No.4358 dated 05.04.2019 (Annexure P-2) and summoning order dated 08.04.2019 (Annexure P-3) in a complaint under Section 138 of NI Act titled as 'Karan Berry vs. M/s Chadha Motors and another' pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
