ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Although, this Court is not in a position to issue any direction to the learned trial Court to dispose off the suit within the time frame, however, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already concluded his evidence and the case has been adjourned for evidence of the respondent on 11 occasions, this Court sincerely hopes that the learned trial Court would try to dispose of the main petition itself within a period of three months from today.
