The challenge in the present petition is to the impugned order dated 22.01.2020 whereby the application under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1-State as well as respondent Nos.2 and 3 have pointed out that the accused in the present case has since been acquitted and in view thereof the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
