RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioners are seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to determine the inter se merit position, in view of the judgment dated 26.03.2019 (P-6) In this regard, petitioners had given detail legal notice dated 29.05.2019 (P-7) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 29.05.2019 (P-7), within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. CWP No. 2906-2020 In case the legal notice is not decided within three months, there shall be cost of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to all the petitioners. This condition of imposing cost is only to prevent the petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
