Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was fixed for evidence of revision petitioner-tenant for 20.09.2016 and it was closed by order of Court on 14.12.2016. The revision petitioner could not produce his entire evidence as he is suffering from cancer and undergoing Chemotherapy at Guru Ram Das Rotary Cancer Hospital, Amritsar. He sought one opportunity to the revision petitioner to conclude his evidence. In view of his submission, the petition is allowed. One more opportunity is allowed to the revision petitioner to produce his entire evidence. On the next date fixed, the revision petitioner will file the list of witnesses and also submit affidavits of all the witnesses, he has to examine.
