(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 17.12.2022 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani in CIS Case No. MNT-58-2021 titled as 'Kavita and another vs. Arun Sheoran' whereby petitioner-husband has been directed to pay total interim maintenance of Rs.9,000/-p.m. (Rs.6,000/-p.m. to respondent No.1-wife and Rs.3,000/-p.m. to respondent No.2-minor child). On 02.02.2023, following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, contends that the petitioner is ready and willing to settle all disputes with respondent No.4- wife, and for that purpose, the parties may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

As per office report, notice could not be issued to the respondents as the amount of Rs.15,000/-, has not been deposited by the petitioner.

Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above fact.
