CHANDIGARH C.R. No.8740 of 2015 Date of Decision.29.02.2016 Shinder Singh .......Petitioner Vs.

Bakhsish Singh now deceased through LRs ........Respondents

Present:

Mr. Vishal Ranjan, Advocate for the petitioner.

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The judgment debtor has an objection that the property which is brought for sale is not properly described. The counsel for the petitioner is unable to help me with any details as to how the property should be described. I think the attempt of the judgment debtor is only to postpone the day of sale and I find nothing tenable for intervention in the revision petition.

2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
