(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.79 dated 21.05.2023 registered under Sections 21 & 23 of NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) and Sections 10, 11, 12 of Air Craft Act, 1934 at Police Station Gharinda District Amritsar.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Sukhjinderpal Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Attari, Amritsar Rural on behalf of the respondent/State of Punjab has been filed in Court, which is taken on record Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage.
