Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that even the registered letters sent at the address of the petitioner have been received back undelivered. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
