(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.66 dated 31.05.2023 registered under Sections 307, 341, 148, 149 & 120-B IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act at P.S. Dera Baba Nanak, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, Punjab. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI William Massih submits that in compliance of order dated 31.01.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 31.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
