RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents to take action against the erring officials who got conducted the survey without following the norms and may also direct to decide/consider representation, dated 02.08.2021, Annexure P-6. It is also prayed to direct respondents No.1 to 4 to decide the grievance of the petitioner while he has been shown owner of 1/3rd share of land in abadi deh but the same has not been given to him and prepared property card in favour of only two co-sharers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner had filed the representation before the Deputy Commissioner, which is placed on record as Annexure P-6, however, as the representation was notg considered, he sent the reminder also, but till date no action has been taken on the same.

CWP-1992-2024 -2who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that on the representation filed by the petitioner, respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, already marked the inquiry to Tehsildar and the same is under consideration before Tehsildar and the inquiry would be concluded expeditiously.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-The Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri, to ensure that the inquiry marked to the Tehsildar, as submitted before this Court, is concluded expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within two months from today.
