**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 01 dated 04.01.2020 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC registered at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 30.01.2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 30.01.2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
