(ORAL) Prayer is for issuance of directions to the respondents No.1 to 6 for taking action and for filing investigation report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.248 dated 07.07.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 148, 149 & 506 IPC (Sections 324 & 326 added later on), at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala. 2.

Counsel for the State who appears on advance notice submits that on the application made by the present petitioner the investigation was transferred to CIA. Investigation is on final stage and the police report shall be filed within 4 weeks.

The aforesaid statement made by State Counsel satisfies counsel for the petitioner.
