ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The interim protection was granted to the petitioner on 26.02.2021 on a representation given that he is ready to return the amount, it continued for a long time. The Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 08.03.2022 observed that though the petitioner had agreed to return the entire amount within a period of 03 months i.e. on or before 21.12.2021 but he failed to do so, therefore, the interim protection was vacated on that date.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner.

Dismissed.
