Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to investigate the matter in case FIR No. 180 dated 23.11.2018, registered under Sections 323, 308, 148, 149, 341, 500 & 506 IPC at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner, who is a complainant of this case, is being pressurized to enter into compromise and threatened him, but police is not taking any action despite representation in this regards dated 12.12.2018 (Annexure P3) having been made to the police.
