MAIN CASE:
Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution directing the learned trial Court to decide the suit bearing No. CS 01 dated 05.01.2015/13.04.2015, along with an application dated 07.01.2020 filed by the plaintiffs-respondents No.1 & 2, in a time bound manner.
It transpires that suit under Section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure was filed on 25.12.2014; and vide order dated 10.12.2019, matter was deferred for rebuttal evidence as well as for arguments for 07.01.2020.

CR-456-2022 (O&M) [2] Learned counsel for the petitioner is asking for a mandate to the learned trial Court to decide the matter in a time bound manner. Although, this Court is not inclined to accept the prayer of the petitioner; but at the same time, will not ignore the fact that the suit is pending for the last 8 years.
