(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0083 dated 20.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 307, 379B(2), 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the afore-said submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
