Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.218 dated 31.07.2018 registered under Sections 323,325 IPC (Offences under Sections 307, 201, 148,149 IPC added later on) at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar.

Petitioner assailed the order dated 21.01.2019 passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phillaur in CRMM-6331of 2021, the said petition was allowed and the order declaring the petitioner to be Proclaimed Offender was set aside vide order dated 7.4.2021 passed by this Court. The petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on 19.04.2021 and ARCHANA ARORA 2021.07.08 07:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.6040 of 2021  in the event of his appearance, he was to be enlarged on interim bail, on his furnishing requisite bail bonds/surety bonds subject to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order dated 19.04.2021 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phillaur showing that the petitioner has been admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds in a sum of Rs. 80,000/- with on surety in the like amount.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I am of the view that in view of the order dated 19.04.2021 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phillaur, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the order dated 19.04.2021 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phillaur, is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on appearing before the trial court on each and every date.

Petition stands disposed of.
