(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenge has been laid to order dated 16.11.2017 of the trial Court, whereby application of the petitioner for additional evidence, has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that she has no objection in case instant petition is accepted and impugned order dated 16.11.2017 is set aside.

In view of above, impugned order dated 16.11.2017 is set aside. The trial Court is directed to afford two opportunities to the petitioner to conclude additional evidence.

Disposed of in above terms.
