Faqir Chand v. Ashok Kumar & ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CR No. 8748 of 2016 Date of decision : 22.02.2017 Faqir Chand ....Petitioner V/s Ashok Kumar Bakshi & ors.
....Respondents BEFORE : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA
Present:
Mr. Harsh Bunger, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJAN GUPTA J.
Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 24.08.2016 passed by the trial court. Learned counsel has emphatically submitted that as the clerk from the Estate office appeared before the court and produced the relevant documents, same should have taken on record as exhibits. Admittedly, case is fixed for arguments today itself. This court does not find it a fit case for interference in revisional jurisdiction at this stage. Dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to raise the question of evidentiary value of documents produced by the official of Estate office at the stage of final arguments before the trial court.
