CRM-M No.4598 of 2025 (O&M) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.87 dated 15.07.2024 registered under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 (Section 238 of BNS, 2023 added later on) at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur.

In view of the averments made in the application, the main case is dismissed as withdrawn.
