As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed, however, there is no representation of the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner was made regular w.e.f. 18.04.1992 and from the said date, he was considered for promotion. There were 11 vacancies and he was at Sr. No.16, thus, he was not promoted. The petitioner could not be considered for promotion prior to his date of regular appointment. 3.
In the wake of submissions of learned State counsel and considering the fact that there is no representation of the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application, if something survives.
