ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners wanted to produce on record a copy of the application for amendment of the plaint. He submits that on the basis of this application, the suit filed by the plaintiffs is not maintainable. Since, this application was not part of the record before the Court and is a subsequent development, therefore the petitioners would be well advised to file a proper application before the Court taking up all possible objections.
