The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 21.12.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Additional District Judge, Palwal whereby an appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed, and the order dated 20.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Palwal whereby an application for injunction was allowed.

As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, Palwal, during the interregnum, the main execution petition being EXE-44-2016 itself stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
