**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for setting aside impugned order dated 07.09.2017 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jagraon, whereby application filed by petitioner under Section 151 CPC for grant of specific directions to meet his minor son was dismissed on the ground that making any addition or alteration in order dated 30.01.2016 amounted to review of said order.

Learned Senior counsel, at the outset, appearing for respondent states that during long interregnum of pendency of revision petition before this Court, learned Family Court has almost concluded the entire trial proceedings pending before it and states that in fact even final arguments have been heard and only judgment is to be pronounced. Being so, I am of the view that at this stage, it is not worthwhile to interfere with the interim arrangement made as per impugned order and in any case, same would stand merged with the VANDANA 2023.05.22 11:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR-8422-2017 (O&M) -2final order which is likely to be pronounced by learned Family Court in due course. Therefore, revision petition is rendered infructuous. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that final arguments were heard in Februrary, 2023 and yet judgment has not been pronounced.

Being so, it is expected of the learned Family Court, given the long pendency of the case before this Court as well as before the Court below that it shall make endeavour to pronounce the judgment as expeditiously as possible.
