(Oral) Mr. A.K.Jain, Advocate informed the Court that parties have arrived at compromise before the trial Court in the petition filed under Section 13-B(1) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and vide order dated 03.11.2018, they have withdrawn their respective cases. For the sake of brevity, order dated 03.11.2018 reads thus:- "Present:
