AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the judgment and decree of which execution has been sought, a regular second appeal accompanied by an application for stay is pending adjudication and listed for 09.03.2018. The present revision petition has arisen out of dismissal of the objection raised against execution of the judgment and decree under challenge.

In my view, the revision petition against dismissal of the objection is not maintainable. It would be in the domain of the petitionerdefendant herein to seek interim stay in accordance with law. In view of the aforementioned observations, while upholding the order under challenge, the revision petition stands disposed of.
