Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. Possession of the demised premises have been handed over to respondent-landlord on 31.12.2018. Photocopy of the compromise deed dated 04.01.2019, furnished in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of accordingly.
