AMIT RAWAL, J (ORAL) Present revision petition is filed with the following prayer: "In the premises, it is respectfully prayed that Revision Petition be allowed and a direction be issued to the respondent to accept the balance principal amount of loan from the petitioner in easy installments as he is not in a position to return the same in one go due to loss in business, in the interest of justice.

Condition of filing of certified copies of Anexures be dispensed with and true typed copies of the same be accepted.

And for this the Petitioner as duty bound shall ever pray."

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in pursuance of the decree passed by the National Lok Adalat, Pehowa on 12.12.2015,

CR No.8453 of 2017 #2# execution application is pending.

I am of the view that such kind of prayer cannot be entertained especially when the petitioner has remedy to approach the respondent-Bank. Dismissed.
