(Oral) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for the release of the Motorcycle Royal Enfield bearing Registration No. PB-08-AV-6922 to the petitioner on Sapurdari, which is taken in custody by the police in case FIR No. 153 dated 29.12.2020, under Sections 22, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, Police Station Satnampura, Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

It is the admitted case of the petitioner that he is not registered owner of the vehicle although he claims to be in its possession.

Given above, he is not entitled to file the present ANJU RANI 2022.11.01 23:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-5971 of 2022 (O&M) -2application for release of vehicle. Consequently, the same is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the registered owner to file appropriate application before the trial court for release of the vehicle.
