(Oral) By way of filing present writ petition, petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.01.2021 (P-9 and P-10) and correct abbreviated name of the father of the petitioner P.K. Sinha to its full form Padmendra Kumar Sinha in the certificate of 10th class passed in the year 2016 as Roll No. 2173250 and in the certificate of 12th class passed in the year 2018 as Roll No. 2668505 as per birth certificate, Aadhar Card and driving license of the petitioner (P-1 to P-3), which is inadvertently recorded in abbreviated form by concerned authority at the time of admission of the petitioner. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harsh Aggarwal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Let copy of the petition be sent to learned State counsel by learned counsel for the petitioner by today itself.
