G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Mr. Jagmohan Singh Thakur, petitioner is present in Court alongwith his counsel. On the last date of hearing i.e. 09.01.2017, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner is ready to vacate the premises in dispute within some reasonable time. By considering the undertaking give by the petitioner, let notice be issued to the respondent for 13.2.2017.

Dasti also."

In pursuance of the same, the son of the respondent is also present alongwith his counsel. It has been amicably resolved inter se the parties that the petitioner will continue to hold on possession till 31.01.2018. He further states that the entire arrears of mesne profits @ Shivani Gupta 2017.02.16 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

C.R. No. 8817 of 2016 (O & M) `6,000/- per month will be deposited by 31.03.2017 with the Rent Controller. The monthly mesne profits will be deposited by the tenant by the 7th of each month with the Rent Controller to ensure that his possession is protected till 31.01.2018 as undertaken by him by which date, he shall vacate the premises. It is made clear that in the event of any violation of the above said undertaking, it will be open to the landlord to take possession of the premises in pursuance of the eviction orders already passed. In case the petitioner does not stick to his undertaking, it will be open to the Rent Controller to put the respondent in possession by taking police help, if so required.

In view of the above said undertaking, the present revision petition stands disposed of.
