Road, Near Ashok Vatika School, Amritsar, accused in criminal complaint titled as 'Jagwinder Singh @ Gurinder Singh @ Ghali vs. Karanjit Singh Sandhu @ Karamjit Singh @ Vicky etc.' under Sections 307, 148, 149, 120-B, 506 IPC and Section 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, feeling aggrieved by the trial Court not disposing of their application for dismissal of complaint for BANITA CHUGH 2021.02.12 13:07 I agree to specified portions of this document

CRM-M- 6072 of 2021 -2want of presence of complainant, have brought the instant petition under Section 482 read with Section 483 Cr.P.C., craving for issuance of requisite direction to the trial Court.

According to the petitioners the complainant has left for United Kingdom without intimating the trial Court and some impersonator is appearing in the Court in his place. This fact has been pointed out to the trial Court by moving an application, but no action has been taken thereon.

Under the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, to dispose of the application so moved by the petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
