Cr. Misc. No.M-4470 of 2019 [2] A perusal of the record shows that this second petition for anticipatory bail has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2017 on merit. As per the earlier order, the present petitioner is named in the FIR as well as in the suicide note and there are serious allegations against her.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner argued that cancellation report has been filed against the petitioner by the Police. On the other hand, learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant contested this argument and stated that challan has already been presented against other persons and it has been mentioned in the challan that the present petitioner could not be arrested. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I find that there are no new facts for grant of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
