NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) It is not disputed that arrears of salary has been given. However, claim of regularisation has been rejected vide speaking order dated 26.06.2018, which has been placed on record today in Court. In view of the above, contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 26.06.2018 in accordance with law.
