ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The limited prayer made in the revision petition is for directing the Presiding Officer Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak, to decide the execution petition.

The petitioner before this Court is a workman. The learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak, had passed an award in his favour on 08.12.2009. The management challenged the award before this Court through Civil Writ Petition No.10899 of 2010, which was dismissed vide order dated 19.02.2014. Letter Patent Appeal was also dismissed on 29.01.2015. The petitioner filed execution petition on 10.11.2016. Taking into consideration these facts, although, this Court is not in a position to direct the learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak, to decide the execution petition in a particular time frame, however, looking into the facts available on the file, it is sincerely hoped that the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak, shall make sincere endeavour to dispose of the execution petition Naresh Kumar 2017.12.07 13:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
