(ORAL) In pursuance of order dated 10.05.2022, height of the petitioner has been re-measured by the Board of Doctors of Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh. A report of the Board of Doctors dated 20.05.2022 has been received in the sealed cover, according to which, height of the petitioner is 155.1 cm, which is less than the required height of 156 cm for selection to the post of Female Constable (GD). The report dated 20.05.2022 is taken on record and marked as Annexure A.

Consequently, the instant petition stands dismissed as the petitioner does not fulfill the requisite criteria of height. The amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited before the Registrar General of this Court is forfeited and ordered to be deposited with Poor Patients Welfare Fund of GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh in terms of order dated 10.05.2022.
