(ORAL) Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.248 dated 09.05.2022, registered for offences punishable under Section 21-B and 29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he will restrict his prayer to the extent that the petitioner be allowed to surrender before the trial court and on his doing so, his prayer for regular bail be disposed off expeditiously.
