(Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.PC for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.31 dated 10.02.2023 under Sections 399, 402 IPC (Section 411 IPC added later on) and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Mandi Gobindgarh District Fatehgarh Sahib.

On a pointed query put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to what was the material change in the circumstances, which would warrant entertaining the instant petition as previous petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.01.2024, he has miserably failed to satisfy this Court qua the same.

In the facts and circumstances, no ground is made out to entertain the instant petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
