The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the order dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure P-10) passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nakodar vide which an application under Order XXI Rule 97 CPC in execution being EXE/54/2017 was allowed.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Jalandhar, the execution petition being EXE/54/2017 has already been dismissed as being fully satisfied vide order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the learned Executing Court hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
