Present:

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The grievance of the husband is that `5000/- is too big a sum to be paid to the wife as maintenance. According to the counsel appearing for the petitioner, the husband remains idle after his return from foreign country. It is time that he propels himself out of the house from inertia and earns enough to make the payment of `5000/- which I think is minimum amount for keeping the heart and soul together by a person.
2.
The revision petition is dismissed.
