-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order rendered by the trial Court amounts to dismissing the objections of the petitioner being a third party setting up an independent title and interest in the property, which is having trapping of a decree in view of the provisions of Order 21 Rule 103 CPC and seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the revision petition enabling him to file appeal. Ordered accordingly. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
