(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 116, dated 09.12..2019, under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 31st January, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Faqir Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 31st January, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
