(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.50, dated 25.01.2018 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325 and 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 27.01.2021 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Vide order dated 10.02.2021, parties were directed to appear before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording of their statements. A report from the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistate, Pehowa, dated 05.03.2021 has been received, wherein it has been stated as under:- "On 23.02.2021, complainant Palwinder Kaur, injured Manjeet Singh and Rajender Singh along with their counsel Sh. Jasvir Singh had appeared before the Court in person. On said date, the accused persons and their counsel had also appeared before the Court in person. On aforesaid date, the

CRM-M-5973-2021 -2parties had preferred an application under Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short Cr.P.C.) for seeking permission of the Court to compound the offences of present case. As the parties had compromised their dispute amicably so they were permitted to compound the offences in present case and resultanly, the accused persons were acquitted vide order dated 23.02.2021. Now, no trial is pending in present case."
