ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.(Oral) Applicant-petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 17.08.2017 dismissing the application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure for being added as defendant.

Learned trial Court has noticed that the applicant has not placed on record any document to establish that he is a pattedar of the land. The Court has further noticed that the release deed in favour of petitioner had expired on 31.03.2011. The Court has also noticed that the applicant has no right, title or interest in the suit land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that the applicant wishes to challenge the sale deed executed on 23.08.2012 in favour of the plaintiff. As a defendant, the petitioner cannot challenge the sale deed. If the petitioner has a locus standi he can always file a separate suit.

This revision petition is dismissed.
