Versus
Om Parkash ..Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL
Present:
Mr. Aditya Jain, Advocate, for the petitioner.
ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Plaintiff-petitioner is in revision petition against the orders passed by the courts below refusing to grant temporary injunction. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the trial of the suit has progressed and the plaintiff has already closed his evidence on 13.12.2017. He has further submitted that the case is now fixed for defendant's evidence and the defendant has already availed four opportunities, but no evidence has been led.
Since the trial has made substantial progress, therefore, it would be in the fitness of things, if the learned trial court is requested to decide the suit within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
In view thereof, the revision petition is disposed of in the manner indicated above.
