(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.6 dated 17.03.2022, registered under Sections 365, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Dharkalan, District Pathankot. Vide order dated 03.02.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Naresh, that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 03.02.2023 AMAN JAIN 2023.08.18 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
