(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hoshiarpur in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondent-wife whereby the total maintenance of Rs.9,000/- p.m. (Rs.6,000/- p.m. to the respondent-wife and Rs.3,000/-p.m. to the minor child) has been granted. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
