Through this writ petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to direct the Land Acquisition Collector to release the payment of compensation for its acquired land.

On 01.10.2021, the learned State counsel was requested to seek complete instructions.

Mr. Narinder Singh Behgal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, on the instructions of Mr.Vijay, DRO-cum-LAC, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Gurugram, has submitted that objections have been received against the proposal to release the payment to the petitioner, DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.10.14 13:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document therefore, the matter is being referred to the Court as envisaged under

Civil Writ Petition No. 2969 of 2021 Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within a period of ten days from today. He further submits that the amount assessed shall also be deposited with the Reference Court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to contest the matter before the Reference Court. 5.
